ONE STEP CLOSER TO YOUR PERFECT FLOOR!

Flooring Store in Dallas — Hardwood, Laminate, Luxury Vinyl & Carpet at Wholesale Pricing

You have a phone full of screenshots and a room you are tired of looking at. Somewhere between the showroom that quoted you double and the big-box aisle where nobody could answer a straight question, this whole thing started to feel harder than it should be.

It is not. You are buying a product with a handful of specs that actually matter, and once somebody explains those to you honestly, the decision gets easy. That is the job we do here. We sell the material — we do not install — so we have no reason to talk you into anything but the floor that fits your house and your budget.

We have been serving Dallas since 2008, and we grew into this the honest way — one pallet of moulding at a time. Today that is 65,000 square feet on Harry Hines with over a million square feet of flooring in stock, and you can walk out with it the same day.

What flooring costs in Dallas right now

Here is the straight answer, pulled from our own cost breakdown. These are installed ranges — material plus labor — because that is the number you actually have to plan around. Buying your material wholesale and hiring your own installer is what moves you toward the low end of every one of them.

Luxury vinyl

  • Entry-level LVP — $3.39 to $4.99+ per square foot
  • WPC core (softer and warmer underfoot) — $4.25 to $6.00+
  • SPC core (denser, dent-resistant, best for heavy traffic) — $5.50 to $8.50+

Hardwood

  • Engineered, good tier — $5.00 to $8.00
  • Engineered, better and best (thicker wear layers, wider planks) — $7.00 to $13.50+
  • Solid hardwood — $5.00 to $17.00+, plus $0.50 to $1.00 per square foot if the subfloor needs prep

Laminate

  • 8mm, good tier — $2.25 to $4.00+
  • 12mm and up, best tier — $3.50 to $6.00+

Carpet

  • Good-tier polyester, including pad and installation — $2.25 to $3.00+
  • Nylon or SmartStrand (stain resistance built into the fiber) — $4.00 to $6.00+
  • Premium nylon or wool — $5.00 to $9.50+
  • Stair runners — $25 to $60+ per step

Pricing last reviewed August 6, 2026. Flooring is a commodity market and these ranges move with it — tariffs, freight, mill availability and the season all push them around. What actually drives the price

Two floors that look identical in a photo can be double each other, and it is almost never the color. It is the wear layer, the thickness, the AC rating, and whether you are looking at first-quality goods or seconds. Seconds did not pass the factory quality check and carry no warranty — we do not sell them. First-quality closeouts are a genuine deal, with one catch: when it is gone, it is gone.

Three more things move the number, and only one of them is about the floor. Subfloor condition is the most common reason a quote comes in higher than expected. Rooms under 200 square feet often carry a minimum charge, since setup and cleanup cost the same either way. And big-box retail markup adds 20 to 30 percent to material cost compared with buying direct — which is the whole reason we exist.

Before you compare two quotes, make sure you are comparing the same thing. How to compare flooring prices apples to apples → and what WPC, SPC, LVP and LVT actually mean →

You buy the material. You hire the labor.

This is the part that saves people the most money and almost nobody explains it. Because we do not install, you are free to buy your flooring here at outlet pricing and hire your own installer — or lay it yourself. Your contractor is welcome to pick it up. Nobody here takes a cut of the labor, which is exactly why we will tell you when the cheaper product is the right one.

If you are hiring it out, ask these 15 questions first → and know which of the four install methods your floor needs → so you can tell whether a bid makes sense.

Prefer something soft underfoot? Carpet has come a long way → And if you would rather spread the cost, we offer promotional financing through Synchrony →

Frequently asked questions

Yes. No contractor license, no membership, no minimum order. Homeowners get the same wholesale pricing as builders, remodelers and investors. That is the whole model.

Installed, laminate runs about $2.25 to $6.00 per square foot depending on thickness, luxury vinyl $3.39 to $8.50 depending on the core, engineered hardwood $5.00 to $13.50, solid hardwood $5.00 to $17.00, and carpet $2.25 to $9.50 including pad. Buying your material wholesale and hiring your own installer is the single biggest saving available — big-box retail markup alone adds 20 to 30 percent to material cost. Ranges last reviewed August 6, 2026.

No, and that is on purpose. We sell first-quality material and help you choose it. You hire your own installer or do it yourself, which usually costs less and always means our advice is not tied to selling you labor. Many of our customers are installers themselves, and we are glad to point you toward a pro if you need a referral.

Shaw, Mohawk, Anderson Tuftex, COREtec, Stanton, Canopy and Engineered Floors among others, across luxury vinyl, laminate, engineered hardwood and carpet — plus solid unfinished hardwood from United States mills.

Measure your square footage and add roughly 10 percent for waste on a standard straight lay, or about 15 percent for diagonal or herringbone patterns. Bring your measurements in and we will check the math with you before you buy.

Yes. Over 35 on-trend options in stock in Dallas, and thousands more available by special order, usually within a few days. Look at SmartStrand or nylon if you have kids and pets — the stain resistance is built into the fiber rather than sprayed on.

Yes, through Synchrony. No interest if your purchase is paid in full within 12 months, with minimum monthly payments required and subject to credit approval. This is deferred interest financing, so the terms matter — the full details are on our financing page.
